Actually it is Nomad Tower, but nice error. Here are two photos of cable routing.
Right side cabling. The cables from the ECU goes through the middle opening just beside the steering head. The right side handle bar control satellite cables goes through the upper large hole. The right side blinker cable and front wheel ABS cable goes through lower large hole.Left side blinker cable goes from lower big hole. The left side handle bar control satellite cables goes through upper large round hole. Then there is a couple of cables from the ignition lock area which are routed between the tower and the steering column.
